Gift certificates are available for purchase in the office. 

There is a Self-Serve Gift Certificate area located inside the waiting area. Stop in during normal business hours               ( usually doors are open Monday- Friday 8am-5pm and Saturdays 8am-12pm). Simply fill out the form inside the binder under Alicia Vega, LMT, LE, grab a gift certificate and leave your payment in the lock box above the certificates. Certificates expire one year from the purchase date. This option is cash or check only!
